We're going to fill out the what went well and contributing causes parts of the postmortem template using the timeline and description of our Red 30 website incident we created in the previous challenge. Remember the postmortem template and challenge files can be downloaded as part of the course materials. During this part you're going to have to make some assumptions and that's fine. If this was really your organization, you'd have a lot more context. For example, let's assume that Karthik followed as organizations changed control and tracking procedure correctly. And that Joe followed their incident management process correctly. I know you may not be familiar with some or all of the technologies in this example, that's fine.
