- Let's take a look at how we can apply the power principle to our iteration planning meetings, or IPMs. Now this course is not focused on how to apply Agile in your company. For more on that, I would recommend the Agile Software Development course available in our library. But just as a quick overview, with an Agile approach, you're going to have a product backlog. This consists of a prioritized list of the features that you need for your product. Your team's work is performed in short time box iterations, which normally range from a week to a month in length. At the start of each iteration, you would all get together and plan which portion of the product backlog will get attention in the upcoming iteration. This is known as your IPM.
