- Okay, change is hard and habit shifting is really hard, especially in organizations. But there's really no point in evaluating change as all or nothing. Change takes incremental form and is all about tiny actions. Make sure you value those tiny actions in your team and yourself. Accountability is super important. So let's explore some ways to ensure that everyone on your team shares the load. One way is to designate one person on your team not as an ethics expert but the one who runs the checklist at every standup or product design review. At the same time, you'll want to designate someone to ensure that the checklist questions are reviewed at least twice a year and explored and talked about at board meetings.
