In fact, let me show you if I type refactor, I don't get any search results at all. However, this is covered in one way or another in the whitepapers related to security, the "Well-Architected Framework" and others. Now, if you need reinforcement specific to this, I recommend you type migration instead of refactor. And I'm going to show you what to read here. I'll go to the last page of the results here and I'm going to start by recommending the "AWS Migration Whitepaper", is up to date document that contains best practices, very critical read in this particular domain.
