The testing mentality trap

- Be aware that the easiest trap to fall into is to test too much at once. Only conduct the test that will provide the learnings you need to meet your goals. In other words, test for what you need to learn so that you can make your next iteration better. If not an improvement, at least an evolutionary step in the right direction. Remember, it's test and refine. The last thing you want to have is multiple tests going on simultaneously that are connected through interactions to one another. That would make it very hard to determine the individual test's impact, and moreover, running multiple tests in your live product can leave customers confused and frustrated, as everything moves around and changes.
