- An all-hands meeting is a meeting that calls everyone in your organization together to talk about updates, big news, or getting everyone on the same page about a project. The purpose of an all-hands meeting when you're in the midst of a rough design project is including everyone, from the owner to the interns so everyone can pitch in. This creates common knowledge, stimulates dialogue, and gives the entire company the opportunity to talk about great things and tough things. Let's first talk about how to start your all-hands meeting. The first step is to send a message of what the meeting's about along with a rough agenda. Give everyone time to think about, prepare, and be ready to be open to what is going to be shared.
