- [Instructor] In this movie, we'll see how to use tabs in Affinity Publisher. In our file, I'll zoom in on the list of flowers with information about each one. And you could use a table to format something like this but let's see how you could also use tabs. First, I'll go to the text menu and choose show special characters. And now I can see the tab characters. I'll drag with the frame text tool through the paragraphs in the list to select them all. And then I'll show the frame text ruler by choosing view, show text ruler. This puts a ruler right at the top of the text frame that we can use to work with tabs. I'll put my cursor about where I want the first tab to go and click on the ruler. This sets the first tab. I can drag it to move it. To delete it, I can drag it off the ruler and release.
