By the end of 2019, video traffic will account for 80% of all consumer internet traffic. So video at some level should be part of your online community building. YouTube is still the king when it comes to online video platforms. It's the second-most used social platform in the world. In the US, 94% of 18 to 24-year-olds and 73% of all adults use YouTube. But let's look at the growing power of online community videos: Facebook Live, Instagram Stories, and Snapchat. Although not new to the social media world, they are definitely increasing in use and impact. When you consider what platforms to use, these video capabilities should be a part of the equation.
