- Thank you for taking the time to take this course. Over the last 19 years of running my company, I have found that in order to be successful, you must commit to project management, and your processes must be evaluated on a regular basis. Mastering the fundamentals of process, culture, and client assessment are key for building and maintaining your project management landscape. Other helpful ares are on the tools and continuing education that you use. For tools, there is no shortage of platforms to use. We've used Basecamp for years and are now using Asana as our project management tool, but there are many others out there like Trello, Zoho, Teamwork, Airtable, and Flow, just to name a few. Most of them will give you a tutorial and a trial period, and I suggest explore those and see how they fit your approach, needs, and culture.
