Help your team understand the value of continuously evolving project management and build opportunities for everyone on your team to own the process. So far, we have talked about the need for a standard, a solid plan, and having a culture of improving your project management. But is that enough to get everyone on board? In my experience, it is not enough at times. Some are more wired to think about the project management aspect of the business, and others are not, but that is not an excuse in my book. I've learned the importance of making sure project management is written into each team member's job description.
