- [Reuben] Hi, I'm Reuben Lara, and I'm excited to walk you through the very basics of Clip Studio Paint, one of the most versatile and affordable digital art applications on the market. Clip Studio Paint is so powerful because it's incredibly customizable to many workflows, and, because it's available for both desktop and mobile devices. For this reason, I admit it can be a little overwhelming to dive in without a little guidance. So in this LinkedIn learning course, I'm going to help you ignore what you don't need to know as an absolute beginner, and just focus on the set of tools you'll need, to start creating art right away. And we'll not only cover how to create a piece of original art, but also how to take it to the next step of turning it into a real life printed piece. I'll be assuming, you're not only new to Clip Studio Paint, but also new to digital art in general. So, we'll take it one basic step at a time, but be assured, I'll be showing you professional level foundation techniques.
