- What's an episode about eating and exercise doing in a course about creative cross training? Well, it's doing the same thing that it would be doing in a course about athletic cross training, which is to help us get ahead in our activities of choice by looking at ways of fine tuning and maintaining our most essential assets, that would be our brains and our bodies. So let's talk about this, and yeah, don't worry. This won't be no giant serving of like, eat those green beans or shame on you or anything like that. I just want to put some ideas out there, ideas that won't go too deep in the time that we have. But yeah, I do think they just might stir up some constructive thinking, thinking that you might be able to put to good use, maybe today, tomorrow, sometime.
