- [Instructor] Not everything is about tryin' to sell yourself to get the clients you dream of. You see you want to gather inspiration from others in and out of your industry. You want to learn from brands and individuals that inspire you in a way. You want to look at their mission. What is their mission? What do they stand for? How 'about their process and thinking? Or even their aesthetics, there may be something that you might want to learn or is similar to yours, take a look at how they present it. Next look at the communication. How are they connecting with their ideal client? How are they even displaying their client work? That's another great way for you to get inspiration. Now one of the things you want to do is to make sure that you avoid following those that you make you feel in any way negative, that you're not good enough because you are, or those that make you feel some sense of jealousy, even overwhelmed, or uninspired.
