Eliminate doubt

- Promoting your work can bring doubt. Especially, when we're trying to stand out. And it's okay to feel that way. See, I wonder if you've ever told yourself, I'm not creative enough to make it. Or how will I ever get a clients or job if I can't design like my friend Julia? How about, I feel so overwhelmed I don't even know where to start, it's too much. Or how about this golden nugget, I'm tired of getting leads that just want cheap $5 work. I know several of you have felt that way. I sure did. You see it's all about your mindset and the words that you use. And it really can help you so much in the way that you promote yourself. And so how about if we take one of the past examples in some of the things we have experienced or felt and I'm going to say, How will I ever get a client or job if I can't design like my friend Julia. How about we shift it a little. Instead we try saying something like this, I will keep trying to improve my craft so I can land more dream clients. Or how about the other example where, I feel so overwhelmed I don't even know where to start, it's too much. And what if we shifted to, I will prioritize my tasks so I can meet my goals. You see if we really start to understand what our doubts are we can make a list of what scares us and we can really get into the root of our fears and know how to conquer them. So if you catch yourself saying a lot of, I can't, I won't, I'll never be able to, then you can really start to train your mindset and change those words so that you can really empower yourself in how you stand out. You see I really want you to be able to kick your fears out the door and keep trying. Let it go because it just takes time. And the more you practice to change this, I promise it's going to be huge for the way that you stand out and share your work.
