- Whether you are a freelancer, or part of an internal team, or agency, you need to have an expectation of excellence when managing your work. In business we all look for advantages, marketable differences to attract and retain clients. In a creative service business of any type or size, you deliver something very unique. And I would suggest that the way you go about delivering that creative solution is as powerful, and memorable as the solution itself. Think about when you have a great meal. If both the meal and the service are fantastic, not only will you go back to that restaurant, you may leave a big tip, follow them on social, Instagram your meal, leave a review, and most powerful of all, tell people they have to go to that restaurant. Now think about if you have a great meal, but the service is average, or even terrible. Depending on how good the food was, you may give it one more chance, and if the service is still bad, you'll move on. This example is why this course exists…
