Defining creativity

- Yeah, if I asked you what the definition of creativity was, you'd all give me different responses, 'cause we all have different unique perspectives and experiences as to what it is, and I had a very similar problem. I really struggled with what that definition was, and I came to a definition that I believe to be universally true and so far I've been proving it out. And that definition is that creativity is problem solving with relevance and novelty. That's all creativity is, problem solving, with relevance and novelty. Relevance means we actually have to solve the problem in order to be creative. The problem has to be present and we have to solve it to be creative. Novelty is how different or unique that solution is. In the context of what you guys had to solve, I gave you a few minutes, or a few seconds to solve a problem, and you solved it, probably very relevantly, probably not very novelly, because I didn't ask…
