- The way that I define it, is in the context of a ladder. And I'll talk to my team about coming up the ladder, or going down the ladder. And when I say coming up the ladder, what I'm looking for is more perspective. The problem is too sharp. There's too many restrictions to the problem. You're trying to solve this, when you should be solving this. When I'll say come up the ladder a little bit, what's the bigger problem you're solving? That might be the smaller solution, but what's the bigger problem? An example to this is at the very beginning I asked you guys, I said nobody knows about this concert that's going to happen in the parking lot, right. And so that's not, you know you guys made a poster, but it maybe it's not communication that's the bigger problem. Maybe it has to come up, maybe it's the nature of, the style of concert it was going to be. And that would alter their perspective, maybe coming…
