Create a content outline and schedule

For many companies, building an online community and being consistent on social media often falls by the wayside when things get busy. Developing a content outline and schedule is crucial when time is tight. Your content outline is a framework of what type of content you've decided to create and which platforms you share it on. We recommend creating a content outline each quarter, about three months at a time. As you near the end of each month, you can adjust the plan after you assess the past month's engagement. You've already identified your goals, personas, and platforms. Your outline should include particular content for each persona you plan to target on which platform.
