- [instructor] Let's see how the number pages in your Affinity Publisher documents. When it comes to page numbering you should almost never do it manually. Instead, have Publisher calculate, and insert the correct page numbers automatically. And to do that you need to put the page numbers on the master page your applying to your document pages. So, I'll start here on the master A page, and zoom in on the bottom left of the page where I want the page number to go. I'll take the frame text tool, and I can see there's a text frame here that I'm going to put my page number into. So I'll put my cursor in it, and go to the text menu, and choose insert, fields, page number. And while I'm doing a master page, the page number field is represented by a number sign. On the documents pages, we'll see real page numbers, but first let's add a page number field on the right hand page by repeating what we did on the left…
