First, you should congratulate yourself.…This has been a demanding course, but you made it through…all the lessons and are ready to tackle the next layout.…It's not going to be possible to recall…every single thing we discussed all at once.…Take it step by step.…It may seem that the experienced designers don't even think about…all these lessons, that they have an innate talent and can effortlessly…make great design.…But all of us have made some pretty awful solutions at one point or another.…
And we all deal with all of the issues on each project.…Let's recap.…The most important issue is a good idea.…Once you've arrived at this, a great layout will make it powerful and clear.…I start with a size and format. Then…I look a shape, color, and it's meaning.…I double check that the words are to the point and strong.…I explore compositional solutions that create a dynamic layout, and…make sure that the project is not slipping into boring.…
Now, it's time to look at the hierarchy.…Is the priority level of each element apparent?…
