Researching the audience and the client

In this movie we'll examine the target audience for our education campaign for teenage girls. Here are some questions that you might pose to your client. Who is the target audience, and what do we know about them? What research have you already done? Where will the campaign be distributed? Are there regional or cultural insights? Is there anything we should avoid? Is there a secondary target audience? After you go through that exercise with your client you should have new insights that will expand the brainstorming ideas you had before. Hopefully you've learned a thing or two that you didn't know about the problem. And it's giving you ideas for story angles to use. But before you jump right in let's ask the client some questions about themselves. What are your goals for this campaign? What tactics have you used in the past to try and reach this audience?
