- So how did your unorthodox drawings come out? Was it hard to draw on the surface you chose? Did something specific inspire your approach? Let me share with you what I created for this challenge. Now, the first object I decided to draw upon were these used light bulbs. Now, I'm normally gonna just toss these in the trash, so I took a Sharpie and I used that to draw on the surface. A Sharpie works great. It can draw on almost anything, and in this case, this is how this little character came out for this light bulb. Now, I decided to do two of these, so that was the first one. The second one I did is kind of a pear-shaped guy here. And if you rotate it all the way around, you can see I drew the back of the character as well. So, these were fun and it was all based off of the shape of the light bulb. And that's one thing you could choose to draw upon. The next thing that I decided to draw on was a plate.
