Welcome to day 17 of the 21 Day Drawing Challenge. Today's drawing challenge will require you to do two drawings. The first drawing will be to draw an eye as realistically as you can then once you have that done you need to draw a second eye. But I want you to draw the second eye as graphically simple as you can. The purpose of this challenge is to explore the polar opposites of the visual solution. Too many associate drawing with realism and they get hung up on not being able to draw photo-realistic pictures. I know a lot of incredible drawers who never approach photo-realism in their drawings. But don't get me wrong, photo-realistic drawings are fine but not the norm even in illustrative circles. So keep your eye on this challenge and do the best you can.
