Join Justin Seeley for an in-depth discussion in this video Using the Cloud Clipboard to collaborate, part of Creating with Adobe's Line and Sketch Apps.
So far we've been talking a lot about how to use ink and slide with the Adobe sketch and line apps by yourself. In this movie we're going to take that a step further and show you how you can collaborate using something called the Creative Cloud clipboard. So I have here on my screen this app mock up that I've been working on and I want to take it and share it with Scott. In order to do that, what I am going to do, is I am just going to come in here with the pen and I am going to press and hold on this button. When I press and hold the button and hold that to the screen, you'll see the screen flash white. That indicates that I've copied that to the Creative Cloud clipboard. I can now remove my iPad, and Scott lemme see your iPad really quick.
Thanks. Once I have that, what I'm going to do is go out and create brand new document that I want to share with Scott. So I'll create that doc, and inside of this document all I have to do is come up here and connect my pen. Once my pen is connected, I'll see it show up, Justin's Inc. And I can now come out here, tap one time on the button, get my Creative Cloud clipboard, and I should be able to see what I've copied to it. Once that loads up, I can then paste it into the document that I'm sharing with Scott. So there it is. And all I have to do is tap one time. And that's instantly pasted onto Scott's document. I can control the fade in and out, just like this.
I can also resize the artwork if I want to. Or, if I want Scott to be able to do that, I can just hand it back to him. Thanks, Scott. And so, as you can see, I can share anything I want from one iPad to another. So if I'm working in a collaborative environment with one, two, three, doesn't matter how many people, I can use this pen to take any piece of artwork that I'm working on and share with one or the entire group.
