We talked about putting a process in place to help you maximize the amount of work you can handle, and minimize your time on tasks that often can be time consuming. Now, it's time to use these items in order to identify the very best opportunities for you. Take a look at your exercise handout, and let's review the first questions to ask when looking at any project. Will this be fun to do? In other words, is this the type of job that you are good at, or will this stretch you from an ability or process standpoint? You never want to be in a place where you're not showing off your strengths. Will this be profitable? Will I make a desired return or margin?
