- Time is our most precious resource. When we find ways to conserve it, we're able to devote more space to solving problems, imagining and creating. Define where your weak spots are and where are the holes? This will help you to find what you need in order to maximize your potential to grow. Look first at the areas that challenge you consistently from a time standpoint. Most often, these will involve inefficiencies in the following areas: Proposals and estimates. Our proposal template is 90% standardized, which we then customize based on the project. We also have other 30 case studies and serve as copy written that we can add to if necessary. This setup took us some time to develop and we update it periodically, but it single-handedly saves us hundreds of hours a year. Project kickoffs.
