So, in your virtual machine, please switch to your web browser. In the Google search box, type download SQL Developer. The first result will be Oracle SQL Developer downloads. Click on that link. Click on accept license agreement. And remember, you have to be registered with Oracle in order to be able to download SQL Developer. If not, you can always register free account.
