- Staying competitive as data science professionals and IT staff who support them can be difficult. You need to deal with so many newly emerging technologies, especially in the area of infrastructure tools that are indispensable to data science. These tools power cloud computing, distributed file storage, distributed processing, and machine learning. In this course, I dive into some of the most well known data science tools of the trade. For example, I'll show you Proxmox, Hadoop, Spark, and Weka. First, I'll review the concepts behind them. Then, we'll get our hands dirty by actually installing and setting up these tools to give you a concrete feel for what's involved to actually get them up and running.
