Installing Proxmox improperly could destroy the existing operating systems on your computer, which is why I don't recommend that you try this on your work or home computer. Find a spare computer and make sure that it is turned off. Plug a bootable Proxmox USB thumb drive into the machine. Turn the computer on. You will see a screen like this. Choose Install Proxmox VE and press Enter. If you see a message like this, simply click on OK. Click on the I Agree button when you see the End User License Agreement screen.
