- [Instructor] One way that many sports fans like to enhance their enjoyment of the sport, is by joining fantasy sport leagues. But what are those exactly? Well, the idea is that you draft players at different positions who score points for you. So for example, if you had National Football League games, you could draft a Quarterback, one or more running backs, usually two, a receiver, a kicker, and also defense. A fantasy sport league is typically a season long contest or it takes place over the majority of a season, because not every National Football League team makes the playoffs, fantasy sports leagues tend to end early so that they can use the regular season when every team does play. So how do companies make money off of this? Well typically, they charge you a fee to play, and return almost all of your money as prizes. Quite a few people play fantasy sports.
