Before I go, I would like to point you at a number of references that I used to create this course and that you might find interesting for your own research. The first is a terrific book, Casino Operations Management, Second Edition by Kilby, Fox, and Lucas. It goes over many different areas of casino operations management, and in fact it is a textbook which is used in several casino operations degree programs at universities. So, again, it's highly recommended. I also recommend Contemporary Casino Table Design by Eliot Jacobson. That is one of the books that I consulted when I was talking about the various table games and why they're attractive and why they're not.
