Careers in sports management

- [Instructor] Before we wrap up our discussion…of data science in sports management,…I want to talk about some of the elements…of careers within this field.…Now, the first thing you need to know…is that there are three very general categories,…or kinds of jobs for data scientists in sports management.…The first is the traditional money ball jobs.…That's where you are evaluating player performance.…A second is the business-oriented jobs,…like pricing tickets or negotiating media contracts.…And the third is technical development,…like the superimposed graphics in television broadcasts.…
