Y-only vs. YRGB adjustments: DaVinci Resolve 11 Essential Training

YRGB handles brightness (i.e., the Y component) in addition to red, blue and green channels. Y-only vs. YRGB adjustments in DaVinci Resolve 11 allow easy control of the luma channel, without affecting red, blue, and green channels. Track changes to RGB channels on the vector control display, but changes to the Y channel will not show up on vector control. Despite this, to the human eye, adjusting the Y channel will greatly affect the color of the image. Master YRGB in this tutorial.
