Trimming in the Source Viewer

- Besides working in the timeline when we're doing our trimming, there's another way of trimming and that's using the Source Viewer. It's a little non-obvious how you get there because what you could do is for instance, we've got this shot right here and if I press F for a match frame, which will pull this shot into the viewer, you'll notice that it gives me in and out points, but if I click and drag these in and out points here in the Source Viewer, it has no effect on the timeline itself. It's essentially pulling up the clip from the media pool with the current in and out points selected and is allowing me to select new in and out points to edit that shot back into the timeline. But there's another way of doing this, which is instead of using the F key, we're going to double-click on the clip itself. I'll double-click, it's now brought back up into the Source Viewer here, and notice what happens, I'm in the Trim Edit mode, so I'm going to grab this endpoint and make it shorter, and…
