- In addition to creating titles or maybe doing legal bugs, what else might I be pressed into doing during a color corrections session, or certainly while I'm editing here on the Edit page, transitions. They can be very simple transitions, they could be very fancy third-party transitions. We've got that all covered here in DaVinci Resolve 12. So, let's start by working on the timeline we've been working on, which is 0511 Inspector. And I'm going to again, open up the Effects Library and I'll close down the Media Pool to give it the full length here, and here at the top are the built-in default transitions here in DaVinci Resolve 12. This very first transition, the crossfade, if you try to click and drag it onto video, it doesn't work, the crossfade is designed for audio, it's an audio dissolve. So, let's go ahead and grab the cross dissolve, and I'll just drop it on this clip right here and let go, and you can see that where I position it to the left-center or right-hand side of the…
