Separate color space and gamma option

- Another project setting that got updated here in the Davinci Resolve 12.5... Is dealing with your gamma and color space on your timeline. Is dealing with your gamma and color space on your timeline. Let me show you what I'm talking about. You jump up to project settings here. If you go to color management, you notice that I can set my timeline color space. And it's set right now for Rec 709 Gamma 2.4. And it's set right now for Rec 709 Gamma 2.4. And then I've also got Rec 709 Gamma 2.2. What if I want to use something different? Well it's kind of hard-wired now. They've kind of selected it for us, but now in Resolve 12.5 we've got this option, Use Separate Color Space and Gamma. I can enable that. Maybe my facility is set up for Gamma 2.6. I'm not quite sure why you'd want to do that with Rec 709 but if you did you now have the option to separate your timeline color space from your timeline gammas. And for a lot of facilities and colorists working more advanced color workflows…
