Overview: The Color page

- Now we're getting into my wheelhouse. This is my bread and butter, the Color Page. I spend about 20% of my time in the other pages, 80% of my time here in the Color Page as a professional colorist. If your user interface looks different than mine, be sure to come up to the Workspace, Layout, Reset UI Layout, and now you'll be set up looking just like I am in here. Starting from the top left, we've got our gallery. This is a still image I grabbed from another shot. I will hold on to this still image throughout this project so that I can cut against it. It's a great way of pulling up an image and using it as a reference when we're doing shot matching. There's actually a bit more to that that we'll get into when we're talking about galleries and still images. One little interface element to notice is the fact that I can resize this, which is very nifty when we have a whole bunch of these in here. Of course, we've got the viewer in the middle.
