- As you're watching these movies about Da Vinci Resolve 12.5 and its new features, you may find yourself going back to movies recorded in the previous version of Da Vinci Resolve 12.0. In this movie I'll go through those obvious user interface changes when you bounce between 12.0 and 12.5. I will say overall the UI changes aren't too significant but they are big enough that you might get thrown off as you move between those movies recorded in the two versions of Resolve. So here I'm going to clue you in and hopefully you won't be confused. You know the funny thing is is when I first opened 12.5 I couldn't tell the difference between the two, but there is one place where it's most obvious and that's with the menus, so let's take a look at these changes and by the menus I'm talking about the menus at the top here and you'll notice that we seem to have a couple more compared to previous version of Da Vinci Resolve, specifically we have three brand new menu items, Trim, Timeline and…
