- If you have access to the project files, for this chapter, I've added a DaVinci Resolve Project file, or .drp file. You'll want to import that into your existing database for this chapter. If you need more information on how to create this database and re-link your footage, the full walkthrough is in the Using the Exercise Files movie, watch that, it will answer your questions, and then follow-up with the chapter Understanding Disk Databases, User Modes, and Projects. Now, here's a quick refresher on how to import a DaVinci Resolve file into an existing database. So I have our database for this training title loaded up already, what we're going to do is just right click, import, and then navigate on the desktop into our exercise files, and right here in our projects folder is this Resolve12-5-Update.drp.
