- In this movie we're going to talk Deinterlacing 3:2 pulldown insertion. Yeah I know, I showed you how to enable and control this feature in the movie Significant New Studio Only Features. But after I recap how to set this up I'm going to cover a very likely area of confusion. You really need to understand. So first, we're going to take a quick look again at how to enable deinterlacing and the way deinterlacing is enabled, you go into the Media Pool or you can do it from the Edit page. It's in, you right click on a clip and go to Clip Attributes. And at the bottom of Clip Attributes is enable deinterlacing, again this is a studio only feature. So I'm going to click enable deinterlacing, click OK and now I am in DaVinci Resolve Regular and this is a great example of what happens when you enable a studio only feature in DaVinci Resolve Free. It's telling me I've reached a limitation of Resolve. It's going to let me keep working it's just going to put a watermark on here, which is fine,…
