- In this chapter, you're going to learn how colorists examine images, and you're going to start by learning a nifty little workflow called the Hero Shots Workflow. This workflow leverages the fact that Resolve allows us to solve the same problem six different ways. But each approach usually looks slightly different from the others, so we need a little time up front to come up with a game plan. The Hero Shots Workflow is all about designing a game plan specifically for the project sitting in front of us right now. In truth, our fifteen second-level spot probably doesn't really need this workflow, but I wanted to demsonstrate it to you because it's such an extremely powerful way of starting a color correction session. And to get us started, let's open the timeline we've been working on here in Chapter 06, and I'll show you a nifty little trick new to Resolve 12 for moving a timeline between projects and then we'll execute the Hero Shots Workflow.
