Color correcting with power windows
- I hope you're not tired talking about power windows yet, because I'm not and I've got a couple more things to point out. First thing to understand about power windows is when we're working with a power window, and I'm going to Option+S to add a new node, and then I'll turn this power window on in the new node, is that you can only have one correction happening per node. In other words, let's say on him, I put a power window on him, and let's Option+F so we get a better look at our image. And I'm going to do a little bit of brightness, and lift up his mid-tones, drop the shadows, and add a little saturation. All right, now let's say on her, we want to do something as well, but different. If I go ahead, add another circular power window, let's put it over her, notice how she's inheriting the exact same operation that he is. What I'm doing to him, I'm doing to her. And she's clearly different, and if I go ahead and hide this, and turn this node on and off, you can see that what's…
