- [Instructor] I'm here in 08 11 Exposure and I'm working with the Exposure tool in Duik. The Exposure tool changes the animation exposure of keyframe properties, AKA their apparent frame duration. Or in simpler terms, it's a tool used to make a property, like Position or Scale, seem to have a different frame rate than the original composition's frame rate. So in a composition like this one with a frame rate of 24 frames per second you can make properties or animations seem to have a lower frame rate of something like 12 or eight or even lower. And that will help give it an old-school traditional animation look and feel. Now when we select the Exposure tool you'll see that there are three different ways to adjust animation exposure. Fixed, Adaptive, and From Footage. Let's start by going over Fixed. I'll select the Ball layer in my timeline and hit the U key to expose all of my keyframes.
