Recording with a click track

Male 1: So we've discussed before the purpose of a click track but let's actually now put it into action. The reason that we have the clicks or the beeps at the start of the track is so that everybody here on set, including the artist who's going to be recording the music video and lip syncing, can be prepared for when the song actually starts. So I've got the song queued up here on my iPad. I've got it attached to a set of portable speakers. What I'm going to do is begin playback and you'll hear those clicks or those beeps, and I'll step out of the way and let Jason start the song. So here we go.
