- So Cheryl, there's a few additional things that I want to mention that I think are kind of best practices when it comes to placing the transmitter. The first obviously is to check out your batteries. - [Cheryl] Right absolutely, we're stressing that, it's the worst thing ever. - The other thing is the frequency adjustment. You really need to check that your frequency of your receiver unit and your transmitter are all on the same page, so they're talking to, - They have to match. - They have to match, and then you might need to dial through them or cycle through the different frequency options to get the best match based on RF interference and that kind of stuff. But besides that, matching the frequencies, there's one other thing that I have learned the hard way. It's hard to believe that I'm a loud kind of gregarious kind of guy, it tends to be when I'm shooting here on production, recording titles like this for Lynda, you know what the audio guys do in the background there?
