Three amigos meeting

- Within Agile, the primary perspectives seek a shared understanding of the goals of any increment of work. They should constantly be exchanging information. But meeting regularly to discuss these understandings before, during, and after a work increment allows for collaboration on an outcome, and a clear definition of when an outcome has been reached. These conversations are sometimes referred to as Three Amigos workshops, huddles, or the triad. The benefits of such a meeting include building a shared understanding about a work increment, identifying confusion and misunderstandings as early as possible, and defining clear acceptance criteria that mark when an increment has been completed. This process also allows for each perspective to have buy-in when building a product and explains what needs to be achieved from each of their points of view.
