Most of the reports that I described earlier in this course just use column headings. You might have customer ID the state and the amount of their order. If you want, you can arrange your data into cross-tabular tables, called the cross-tabs in Crystal Reports. Cross-tabs have headings on both the columns and rows so that each data point is related to at least two criteria instead of just one.
