There's a new feature in Twitter that allows you to indicate your brand provides customer support on Twitter. Once you’ve enabled this setting, Twitter will inform people that you offer support when they conduct a search, mention your business in a tweet, or find your business in Direct Messages.
- [Instructor] Hey and welcome to another…episode of Weekly Marketing Tips.…I'm Brad Batesole and this week I wanted…to point a newer feature in Twitter…that allows you to indicate your brand provides…customer support within the Twitter atmosphere.…Once you've enabled this setting Twitter…will inform people that you offer support…when they conduct a search, mention your business…in a Tweet or find your business via direct messages.…To show you what this looks like I'm going…to do a search here on Twitter for AT&T,…and you'll notice the second account, ATTCares,…says provides support underneath the user handle.…
If I select into ATTCares you'll also notice…that here on the left hand side we see that…they offer the direct message option.…So there's a button here that allows…me to quickly message AT&T and above…I can see that they're most responsive…between 4 AM and 11 PM and that helps a user…understand when they're most likely…to get a response to their request.…To get set up with this you'll first need…to log in to dashboard.twitter.com.…
