- Installing Adobe Comp CC is actually pretty straightforward. There are a few caveats that you need to be aware of, though. Adobe Comp CC is currently only available on iOS, and it only works on an iPad. So what you're going to need to do is have your iPad ready and go to the app store and then simply search for Adobe Comp CC, and it should come up in the results, and then you can just download it and install it, just like you would any other application. The application is free, so you don't have to worry about paying for anything. Once you have it downloaded to your device, simply tap on it, and it will launch, just like you see here.
And if it comes up with a project, you can close that at any time, and you'll be taken to a screen that looks something similar to this. What you'll do is tap on this top button right here, the little purple one in the top left corner, and that's where you're going to go in, and you're going to make sure that you're signed in to your Adobe Creative Cloud account. You'll notice where it says My Account. That's where you're going to go to set up your Adobe Creative Cloud. You need to sign in with the exact same Adobe ID that you use for your Creative Cloud account. So that's the same one you use on the desktop, the same one you use to log into the web interface, same one you use for Typekit, and so on and so forth.
Once you have that all set up, you're pretty much ready to go. To close this, just simply tap back on that purple button, and it will automatically close for you. Now you're ready to continue working inside of Comp CC.
