- If you have access to the exercise files for this course, you can download them to your desktop. I've included a business impact analysis template in the exercise files. There's a completed template you could use as a reference and a template format you can populate for your own change initiatives. The business impact analysis document is a useful summary of the impacts your proposed changes will make, the nature of those impacts, and how you propose to address those impacts to ensure positive outcomes. It provides guidelines for you to track your progress, and it's a useful summary of how you'll manage change with senior leadership.
I'll be referencing the template and elements within it throughout the content I deliver in this course. I encourage you to access the template, reference it during the course, and use it when designing change management strategies for your organization.
